Terms of Service

The service

Rubiic Scanner converts images of handwritten or printed tables into digital data using automated OCR and AI models. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Rubiic (“we”).

Accuracy

Automated extraction is good but not perfect — that's why the product shows you the original scan beside the extracted data and makes every cell editable. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before relying on it. The service is not a substitute for professional review of critical records.

Credits and payment

Processing is paid for with prepaid credits, charged per page at the rates shown before you process. Credits are not a deposit account: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed as you use the service. If something goes wrong with a purchase or a charge looks incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your content

Your scans and extracted data remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing your images and sending them to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policyfor processing. Don't upload content you have no right to process, and don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
