A page extracted the wrong data — what now?
Open the document and click "View scan" to compare side by side, then click any cell to fix it. If the whole page came out wrong, "Revert to original" restores the raw extraction, and rescanning the page from the iPhone app reprocesses it.
What do credits cost and what am I charged for?
You prepay via the Credits page and are charged per processed page — the estimated cost is shown before every upload, and every charge appears in your credit history with the document it belongs to.
How do I get my exact CSV format?
Create a template (Templates page) with the columns you need, in order. Select it when uploading, or assign it on a document — CSV exports then match the template, with unmatched columns left blank.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting a document removes its images and data immediately. For full account deletion, email us — we complete purges within 7 days.
